Just follow these 3 simple steps:
- Visit your GLOBALINX® Control Panel and authorize the landline or cell phone number you want to call from (only needs to be done one time).
- From your authorized number call (585) 533-3233 and enter your PIN. You can retrieve your PIN code by clicking on the GLOBALReach link in your Control Panel.
- Dial the international number you wish to call and your call will be automatically routed via GLOBALReach over the GLOBALINX® network.
Do you use a BlackBerry or Nokia phone?
GLOBALINX® has developed an application to make it even easier for you to access the benefits of GLOBALReach!
Simply install the application on your compatible BlackBerry or Symbian based device, run the program and any international calls you make will be routed via GLOBALReach instead of with your cellular provider. Just place the international call instead of calling the GLOBALReach local access number. It’s that easy. To get started, click the link below to download the app to your phone.*

Nokia Instructions -Follow these instructions using your Nokia phone:
- Click here to download the application to your Nokia phone.
- Find and launch the application by looking in the “Applications” or “Installations” folder (depending on device).
- Enter your 6 digit PIN by selecting “Options” then “Change PIN Code.”
- Start GLOBALReach by selecting “Options” then “Start GLOBALReach.”
- Exit the GLOBALReach application.
- To use GLOBALReach, simply dial an international number as you normally would. The program will automatically reroute the call through your GLOBALINX® account.
Note: It can take 20 to 60 seconds to route your call based upon network usage.

BlackBerry Instructions- Follow these instructions using your BlackBerry phone:
- Click here to download the application to your BlackBerry phone.
- Locate and launch the GLOBALReach application found in the main menu or under “Downloads” (depending on device).
- Press the “Menu” button and select “Change PIN code.”
- Enter and save the 6 digit PIN code from the Control Panel when you registered the phone number.
- Press the “Menu” button again and select “Start GLOBALReach.”
- Once launched, dial the international number as you normally would. As soon as the call is placed, press the end button to hang up the call. Your phone will then automatically enter your PIN and connect the call over the GLOBALINX® network.

- All international calls are billed at the posted rates on www.globalinx.com. No international calling is included with the GLOBALReach service. International calls made with GLOBALReach are billed with your monthly GLOBALINX® service.
- Up to 2 numbers may be authorized per account. The same number may not be authorized on multiple GLOBALINX® accounts.
- Other non-international charges may apply from your existing local or cellular carrier.
